24-hour cancellation policy: Out of consideration to the practitioners and other patients wanting to book in, all patients are required to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If sufficient notice is not given, the full fee of the consult will be applied.

Arriving on time: please be on time or early for your appoinment. Missing more than half your appointment may result in cancellation of your appoinment.
